THE BEST TEN FRANCHISE BASED ON FRANCHISEE SATISFACTION SURVEY

Jakarta, January 19, 2008. – A successful franchise based on franchisee satisfaction. When franchisee satisfied to his business, it means the business get high potential success and low risk failure.

Be related to the context. Indonesia Info Franchise Magazine as the one and only magazine that focus in franchise issues in cooperation with The Bridge Consulting (research division) present Franchisee Satisfaction Survey (FSS) as an effort to measure performance of franchising in Indonesia.

This survey (Franchisee Satisfaction Survey) was held for 3 months from October until December 2008, survey was conducted on 23 brands with total respondents 387 franchisees, at about 65% of all franchisees. Based on the four categories; Business Concept, franchise system, franchise support, and franchise relation.

There are top ten brands which reach the highest franchisee satisfaction and they are awarded as “Top Ten Franchisee 2008” and the winning brands are based on their rank are;

1. Action Coach (Business Coaching)
2. Shop & Drive (Retail Automotive)
3. Odiva (Retail, home entertainment)
4. Fastrackids (Education)
5. Primagama (Education)
6. Buana Bakery (F&B)
7. Auto Bridal (Car wash)
8. Multiplus (Retail)
9. Veneta system (Refill Center)
10. TX Travel (Travel)

The winning brands not only get top ten franchise 2008 award, but also get on categories awards and best of the best franchise 2008 award.

The one who get the best of the best franchisee is “Action Coach” this chosen brand get the first top rank in Indonesia with the highest score in each categories mentioned, then the best business prospect was won by Veneta System. Veneta System was chosen as the best business prospect because of its best performance in the business category. The other category the best franchise system won by Shop & Drive. While the best business support, was won by fasttrackkids with main achievement in its given continual support.

According to Mr. Tri Raharjo, chief in editor Info Franchise Magazine as well as the founder of Franchisee Satisfaction Survey, this survey was held in order to show the strong commitment of Info Franchise Magazine as the leading magazine in franchising. “Top Franchise event is kind of verification to the public for the franchise brands which have success in achieving the highest franchise satisfaction.

Franchise Satisfaction Survey for the first time was held in Indonesia it’s going to be held annually. This award will be used as an indicator to measure franchisor business performance; this event is also going to be verification for the brands performances who have achieve the highest level of franchise satisfaction.

    saya mau tanya pak….begini,saya kan mempunyai restoran dan kebetulan ada yang ingin menggunakan brand saya sebagai frendchise…kalau boleh tau dengan kurang lebih 100 menu harga 240 jt/th tanpa fasilitas tuh kemahalan gak????thanks pak

    Pak Boss mo tanya nich, franchise apa yang bagus dan cepat perkembangannya. Klo boleh tau ada ga tip2 buat nentuin lokasi mana yang tepat buat buka franchise? apa biasanya di mall ato ruko dll di jakarta or karawaci. Thanks Boss
